Well it's almost 2 am and I am spending the night in the Panama city airport. Suprisingly it is a nice airport. The Benches don't have arm rests so you can lay down! It is humid here but the a/c is blasting. There are a few other people sleeping too. Cleaning folks and security roaming. A security guy came up to check my passport and ticket. Then he said you can sleep here tonight in safety. Who needs a hotel when you have the welcoming and assurance from airport security.
Downsides: lots of lights on and some noise. And a bench is no bed. But free Internet!
I should try to sleep I guess........
